Switch between enterprises
Change the enterprise you are working in if you belong to more than one.
An enterprise is the organization whose library you are looking at. Some people belong to more than one. If you do, you work in one at a time. That one is the active enterprise.
Switch the active enterprise
- Find the enterprise name in the top bar, beside the logo. If you belong to more than one enterprise, it is a drop-down list.
- Choose the enterprise you want.
The page refreshes and shows a message: "Now viewing" followed by the enterprise name. If you choose the one you are already in, you see "You are already viewing" followed by its name.
Everything on the page follows the active enterprise: the library, the reports and the administration pages.
Your role can differ
You can have a different role in each enterprise. For example, you might be an Admin in one and a Viewer in another. The sidebar shows only what your role allows in the active enterprise. Viewer, Creator and Admin explains the roles.
To see every enterprise you belong to, and your role in each, open User settings.
If you do not see a list
If you belong to one enterprise, the top bar shows its name without a list. Nothing is wrong.
If you see "That enterprise isn't available to you. Refresh the page and try again." your access to that enterprise may have changed. Refresh the page. If the enterprise is still missing, ask an administrator of that enterprise.
