Viewer, Creator and Admin
See what each role can see and do.
Your role decides what you see. An administrator chooses your role when they invite you. You can see it in User settings, next to each enterprise.
What each role can do

A Creator sees more than a Viewer, but cannot add or change anything. Only an Admin can add files.
What no role can do
Some tasks are done for you by your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact, not by anyone in your enterprise:
- Adding a presentation.
- Choosing whether a presentation is published.
- Changing a presentation's link, or deleting a presentation.
- Switching the assistant on for a presentation.
