Reports

Read your reports

For administrators. Walk through the Reports page, panel by panel.

This page is for administrators. You need the Admin role to open Reports. Viewers and Creators don't see it.

Reports shows who is watching your presentations and what they do. Open Reports in the sidebar, or select its card on Home. The card says "Who is watching, and what they do."

Choose a reporting range

Under Reporting range, choose 7 days, 14 days, 30 days or 90 days. The page opens on 14 days.

The note under the choice says that figures are counted in whole days in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, the same everywhere), and that today's figures are still filling. So today's numbers are always lower than the final count for today. The line above the figures shows the first and last day of the range.

Report headline figures

The row of figures at the top shows five numbers: Unique viewers, Sessions, Views, Avg. time on deck and Engagement rate.

Each figure shows its change against the period just before. For example, a 14-day range compares with the 14 days before it. The line under each figure gives the earlier number, for example, "12 in the previous 14 days."

  • A dash with the text "Not measured" means the figure couldn't be worked out for this range.
  • "No previous window measured" means there is nothing to compare with.

Select the information icon beside Views or Avg. time on deck to read what it counts. The next page, What each figure counts, defines every figure.

Viewer activity

This chart shows how many viewers you had on each day of the range.

If the range has no activity, the panel says "No daily activity to show for this range."

Top Agentic Presentations

This table ranks your presentations. It lists Unique viewers, Sessions, Views and Avg. time for each one. Select a column heading to sort by it.

A presentation you have since deleted still appears in the table, under the name Deleted presentation. Its figures still count toward the range.

Returning vs new

This panel splits your viewers into Returning and New. It shows how many people are in each group and the share each group makes up.

Top topics

This chart ranks the topics your readers opened most, counted in Views. If there are none, the panel says "No topics to show for this range."

Consumption metrics

This panel counts what readers did inside your presentations: videos, links and page reading. Select the information icon beside a figure to read what it counts. What each figure counts lists them all.

If the page shows a notice instead of figures

A notice means there is nothing to report. It does not mean nobody watched. The notice also links to your library.
