The Library page lists the presentations your enterprise has published, and the files that go with them. The enterprise name is above the page heading.

The screen calls each presentation an Agentic Presentation. The first list is headed Published Agentic Presentations. Each row shows the presentation's title, its State, when it was Updated, and its Actions. On a narrow screen, State and Updated are hidden.

If nothing is published, you see Nothing published yet and the line "When an Agentic Presentation is published to this enterprise, it appears here for everyone with access." Ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact if you expect to see something.

Filter by stateCopy Anchor Link

Creators and Admins have a group of three buttons, Filter Agentic Presentations by state:

• All lists every presentation, headed All Agentic Presentations.
• Published lists the presentations people can open. This is the default.
• Drafts lists the presentations that are not published yet, headed Unpublished Agentic Presentations.

Published, Draft, Processing and Failed explains each state. Viewers see published presentations only, so they have no filter.

The page lists the 200 most recent presentations.

Table view and Grid viewCopy Anchor Link

Use Table view and Grid view, at the right of the filter, to switch between a list of rows and a grid of cards. This choice applies to the files below too. Rapid Pitch remembers it in this browser.

Below the presentations, the Files section lists the files in your library, with a count, such as 3 files. Files in the library explains the groups, and who sees each one.
