What a new install sees
Learn why a new Salesforce organization sees demo presentations, and when its own library appears.
When your company first installs Rapid Pitch in Salesforce, the library does not show your presentations straight away. It shows a demo library instead, so the tab is never empty while you are being set up.
Why you see demo presentations
Your own library replaces the demo library on its own, once both of these are true:
- Your Salesforce organization is connected to your library. Predictive Presentation Technologies does this.
- Your library has its first published presentation.
Until then, everyone in your Salesforce organization sees the same demo presentations. Nothing you do in Salesforce changes that, and you do not need to reinstall anything. Leave the installed package as it is.
If the library says it is not connected
You may see Library not connected and the line "Ask your administrator to connect your Salesforce organization." Your Salesforce administrator can ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact to connect it.
What happens next
Once the connection is made and a presentation is published, the tab shows your presentations the next time it loads. Close the tab and open it again to see the change. Use the Rapid Pitch tab shows what the library offers.
