Enter the analytics and dashboard values

This is the package's current analytics setup. It works this way for the installed package version, and it stays this way until a new package version is released. This page describes it as it is today.

You need the welcome email from your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact. It has four values. You also need a keystore file and its password, which are sent to you separately, through two different channels. A keystore is never attached to the welcome email.

1. Import the keystoreCopy Anchor Link

1. In Salesforce Setup, open Certificate and Key Management.
2. Import the keystore file. Use the password you were sent separately.
3. Name the imported certificate googlebigquerycertificate, exactly as shown.

If the file or its password is missing, stop and ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact. Do not use a key from another organization.

2. Type the four valuesCopy Anchor Link

1. Open the RapidPitch app.
2. Select the Onboard / Config tab.
3. Find the card named Predictive Presentation Tech 4 Salesforce.
4. Copy the values from your welcome email exactly, in this order:
   1. ICM URL: paste the dashboard link, then connect it. It must be the complete address from your email, which opens a Looker Studio report.
   2. GA4 Property ID: paste the property ID.
   3. GA4 Project ID: paste the BigQuery project ID.
   4. GA4 Service Account: paste the service account address, then save the analytics settings.

If Salesforce shows Invalid Dashboard URL, use the whole address from the email. Do not shorten it.

In the current package, these settings are saved for the person who enters them. If a colleague needs the dashboard or analytics settings, they enter the same four values in their own Salesforce session.
