For administrators

Your enterprise details

For administrators. Change your enterprise's name and browser tab icon, and read the other details on the page.

This page is for administrators. You need the Admin role to open Admin. Viewers and Creators don't see it.

The Details tab holds the facts about your enterprise. You can change two things: its name and its browser tab icon. The rest is for reading.

Open the details

  1. In the sidebar, select Admin.
  2. Select the Details tab.

Change the enterprise name

  1. Under Details, edit Enterprise name.
  2. Select Save details.

You see "Saved" followed by the name. The name is the heading on every screen your people see, so it can't be empty. It also has a length limit. If the name is too long, the page says so.

Change the browser tab icon

The tab icon is the small picture in the browser tab for your enterprise's presentations. Until you set one, the default icon shows.

  1. Under Browser tab icon, select Choose a tab icon.
  2. Choose a square image. PNG, JPG and WebP files work, up to 2 MB. If your logo is an SVG, export it as a square PNG first.
  3. Check the preview. It says that the new icon is not saved yet, and shows how the icon looks In the tab.
  4. Select Save icon.

You see "Icon saved." To go back to the default icon, select Remove icon, then Yes, remove it.

If the page refuses a file, it says why. For example, "A tab icon must be square." Crop or resize the image and try again. "Animated images aren't supported." means you need a still image.

Read the other details

Under At a glance the page shows facts you can read but not change.

  • URL code: the short code that appears in your enterprise's links. You can't change it. To change it, ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact.
  • Created, People, Documents, and the number of your presentations.
  • The analytics container. It is managed by Predictive Presentation Technologies, so you can't change it. It shows Not set up yet until one is connected.

See whether the assistant is set up

The AI agent section at the bottom shows Set up or Not set up. Below it, Brief shows Written or Not written, and With the agent switched on counts the presentations that have the assistant on.

You can't set the assistant up yourself. The page tells you to ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact to set it up. See The presentation assistant.
