I can't sign in
Find the message you see when you sign in, and what to do about it.
Find the message on your screen. Each heading below is the message, word for word.
Incorrect email or password.
Check the email address and the password, then try again. Passwords are case-sensitive. The message is the same whether the email or the password is wrong, deliberately.
If you are not sure of your password, reset it. If you still cannot sign in, ask your administrator or your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact.
Your sign-in worked, but this account is not set up for the platform yet.
Your email and password are right, but your account is not ready to use. The full message ends "Contact your administrator." Ask your administrator. If you are an administrator, ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact.
That sign-in attempt expired.
The full message is "That sign-in attempt expired. Start again from the sign-in page." Go back to the sign-in page and sign in again. If you were setting a password from an invitation, start from the invitation email. See Set your password from an invitation.
That password was rejected.
The full message is "That password was rejected. Choose a different one and sign in again to retry." The new password did not meet the rule shown under the box. It must be between 12 and 256 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. Choose a different password.
That code could not be confirmed.
This appears when you reset your password. The full message is "That code could not be confirmed. Request a new code and try again." Select Send a new code, then use the code in the newest email. See Reset your password.
Other messages on the sign-in page
- "Enter a valid email address." Check the address for typing mistakes.
- "Enter your password." The password box is empty.
- "Those passwords do not match." Type the same new password in both boxes.
If your message is not here, ask your administrator or your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact, and tell them exactly what the screen says.
