The site was updated
Find out why a form can fail right after an update, and how to recover.
You may see a page headed The site was updated just after you select a button or send a form.
It says that a newer version is now live, so "what you just submitted didn't go through." It also says "nothing was saved."
What it means
Rapid Pitch was updated while you had a page open. The page you had open belonged to the older version, so it could not send your change. Your change was not applied.
What to do
- Select Reload the page.
- Do the same thing again.
If the same page appears again and again, ask your administrator or your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact, and tell them what you were doing.
