Link unavailable and Temporarily unavailable
Find out why a presentation link shows an unavailable page, and what to do.
When you open a presentation link, you may see one of two pages. They mean different things.
Link unavailable
The page says This link isn't available. and "If someone sent you this link, ask them for an updated one."
The page does not say why. Any of these can be the reason:
- The presentation is not published, or is no longer published.
- The presentation was deleted.
- The link is not right. It may have been cut short when it was copied.
- The presentation is not ready yet.
If someone sent you the link, ask them for an updated one.
If you sent the link, check the presentation in your library. Look at its state. A presentation that is a Draft, or still Processing, has no working link. Published, Draft, Processing and Failed explains the states. If it should be published, ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact.
Copy the link again from the library and compare it with the one you sent. See Share a link.
Temporarily unavailable
The page says This presentation is temporarily unavailable. and "Please try again in a few minutes." It has a Try again link.
The presentation is there, but it could not be shown at this moment. Wait a few minutes, then select Try again, or reload the page. You do not need a new link.
If it is still unavailable after a while, ask whoever sent you the link, or your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact, and tell them the time you tried.
