You don't have access to this
Find out what the no-access page means and who can fix it.
You are signed in, but the page you tried to open is not open to your account. The page says You don't have access to this. Under it you will usually see one of two explanations.
Your account isn't a member of any enterprise yet
The message says "Your account isn't a member of any enterprise yet, so there's nothing here for it to open. Contact your administrator to be added to one."
Your sign-in works, but nobody has added you to an enterprise yet. Ask the administrator who invited you. If you do not know who that is, ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact.
Your account doesn't have permission for this page
The message says "Your account is signed in, but it doesn't have permission for this page. If you think it should, ask an administrator."
Your role does not include this page. For example, Home, Reports and Admin are for Admins only. See Viewer, Creator and Admin to check what your role can do. An administrator can change your role if you need more.
What to do
Select Go to the home page, or use the sidebar to go back to the library.
You do not need to sign out. Signing out and back in does not change what your role allows.
