Open a presentation

Open a published presentation from the library and see what a reader sees.

You open a presentation from the Library page. Only published presentations can be opened.

Open it

  1. Select Library in the sidebar.
  2. Find the presentation. In the table, its row has the actions Copy link and Open. In the grid, the same actions are on its card.
  3. Select Open.

The presentation opens on its own page. Use your browser's Back button to return to the library.

On some screen widths, Copy link moves into the More menu to make room. It does the same thing there.

What the reader sees

The page shows the presentation. If the assistant is switched on for that presentation, readers can also ask it questions there. Ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact if you want the assistant on a presentation.

Anyone with the link sees the same page. They do not need to sign in. Share a link explains this.

If a presentation has no Open button

A row has no Open button when the presentation is not published. In its place you see Shareable once it is published, or Couldn't be processed if something went wrong. Published, Draft, Processing and Failed explains what each one means.

A reader who opens a link that is no longer available sees a page headed Link unavailable. If someone sent you a link that shows it, ask them for an updated one.
