Available once the upload finishes
For administrators. Learn why a file you added is not ready yet and what to do.
This page is for administrators. It is about files you added to My Library.
After you add a file, it is not ready straight away. Until it is, its row says Available once the upload finishes. You cannot open or download the file yet.
What to do
Wait a short while, then reload the page. Large files take longer. Once the file is ready, the row shows Open, and More has Preview and Download.
While you wait, you can still change the file:
- Rename is available from the More menu.
- Delete is available from the More menu.
- Replace appears after the file is ready.

If it never finishes
An upload can stop before it finishes, for example when a tab is closed or the connection drops. If a file still says Available once the upload finishes after a long time:
- Select More on its row, and choose Delete.
- Add the file again.
If it happens again with the same file, tell your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact. Include the title of the file.
