Published, Draft, Processing and Failed

Learn what each presentation state means and what you can do about it.

Every presentation in the library has a state. You see it in the State column, or on the card in grid view. Creators and Admins can see every state. Viewers see published presentations only.

The states

StateWhat it meansWhat you can do
PublishedPeople can open it, and it has a link to copy.Open it. Copy link.
DraftIt is ready, but not published yet. A Draft row, and a Processing row, say Shareable once it is published.Ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact to publish it.
ProcessingIt was added recently, and it is still being prepared.Wait. The page updates itself.
FailedIt could not be prepared. The row says Couldn't be processed.Ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact.
UnfinishedThe upload stopped before it finished.Ask your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact.

Only Predictive Presentation Technologies decides whether a presentation is published. If you are an Admin, you cannot change it either.

Processing

While presentations are being prepared, a line above the list, such as 1 Agentic Presentation still processing, tells you the page updates itself, so there is no need to reload.

When the work is done, you see Processing finished and the note that the library is up to date.

If you do not want the page to keep checking, select Stop checking. The line then starts with "Not checking for updates." Select Check for updates to start again.

Failed and Unfinished

For a failed presentation, the row tells Creators and Admins "This Agentic Presentation couldn't be processed. Ask your account team to add it again." For an unfinished one, it says "This Agentic Presentation never finished uploading. Ask your account team to add it again."

Your account team is your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact. Tell them the title of the presentation.
