Share a link

Copy a presentation's link and send it to someone.

The Copy link button gives you a link you can paste into an email, a chat or a Salesforce record.

  1. Select Library in the sidebar.
  2. Find a published presentation.
  3. Select Copy link. If you do not see it, open the More menu on the row and choose Copy link.
  4. A message confirms it. It starts with Copied link to and ends with the presentation title.
  5. Paste the link where you want to send it.

If your browser blocks copying, you see "Couldn't copy automatically. Select and copy this link:" and the link in a box. Select the link in the box and copy it by hand.

Anyone who has the link can open the presentation. They do not need an account or a sign-in. Send it only to the people you want to see it.

Only published presentations have a link to copy. If a presentation is unpublished later, the link stops working for new visitors, and they see Link unavailable.

A presentation's link is permanent. If your Predictive Presentation Technologies contact changes the link to something shorter or easier to read, the old link keeps working too. The screen says it this way: "It keeps working whatever the link above is changed to."

A file in the Public Assets group has Copy link on its row. The link opens the file. Files in the library explains Public Assets.
